RTT Company review: Mistreatment, disrespected.

My wife pass away in 2019, she was working for RTT Company, We were in the process of divorce filed by her due to our unresolved issues, She moved out of the house with the kids, later I was told that she's nomore, I went to report the matter to the company and get told that family is already reported and issued with the funeral money, I ask how can that be, this was my legal wife, I think im the rightful person to make such arrangements, respond from HR was that whenever a person comes with the papers they issues money, I tried to talk to the company after the funeral and get told that I cannot be assisted with anything I must contact Alexandra Forbes.

I went to Alexandra forbes submmited my docs requesting the details of my wife info as surviving spouse, todate, ive not received any communication.

i've got many unanswered questions, Can anyone assist, im staying with my kids here and I know nothing.

im not talking about my girl friend she was my legally wife.
