Royalway at Silver Dart Drive, Mississauga review: Product is shoes

The shoes l ordered are totally the wrong size and the quality is so poor. There is no information regarding one's ability to return to supplier. These shoes were expensive for what they are. I want a refund. There is no information as to how l go about this. Please help.
