I made a withdrawal of 39 GBP from my account at Royal Games on Feb 17, 2021. It says it can take up to 14 days for the money to arrive in my PayPal account, but normally it is much faster. 3 weeks later, it had not arrived. I contacted Customer support and they said there was a technical problem at PayPal. I checked with them a few days later and there was still no progress. I waited another week and then contacted Royal Games again to get an update. They said the only thing to do was to wait and that there was no point in contacting PayPal because they wouldn't tell me anything. I thought that was a really odd thing to say, so I contacted PayPal. I lodged a complaint, and got in touch with Customer Service. I gave them the reference number for the withdrawal and they said it was the reference for a deposit to Royal Games. I took a screenshot that showed the withdrawal posting and the reference number to confirm I was giving them the right info. They said they could not explain it, but there was no record of it being a withdrawal, therefore there was no money waiting to be deposited to my PayPal account. I contacted Royal Games support and informed them of this. They did not respond directly to what I said and answered 'The issue is not with individual accounts but on the business side of PayPal and RoyalGames.com'. And that is all. I have requested the information I need to escalate my complaint. If you can help I would really appreciate it. I think the umbrella company for Royal Games is MidasPlayer or King.com

Desired outcome: My 39 GBP deposited into my PayPal account.

I think there is a bigger problem. Thinking if you wanted to "Shut Down", this would be the way to do it. Let the players with deposited funds play until their money runs out and eventually drop out. They won't give you money back, just play until gone.

That's how companies end. Its been going on way too long for them to survive.
