Roomies review: Suspicious landlord

I recently responded to a rental advertisement on roomies.com. The ad listing is https://www.roomies.com/rooms/956994, for a single room. The landlord, Lisa Bayer, asked me to pay for a credit check by sending me a link to her own choice of reporting agency, which made me sign up for a subscription at 29.95 per month. She asked for a screenshot which I sent. Then she said I must pay for a background check, which costs a further 39.95, again sending me a link to a website called "WhiteBridge", which the bank deemed suspicious. I proceeded anyway, and got her the report in pdf. She said no, she wants a screenshot. I sent the screenshot of the report. Then she sent me another link for 9.99 and said I have to do another background check, and at that point I declined. I believe this landlord is fraudulent and should not be advertising on this site.
