The process with Roof Restored and Keith *** for having our gutters installed was one of the best experiences I have had since hurricane Laura.
The process was painless and they delivered on everything that was agreed upon. The job turned out to exceed my expectations and looks fantastic.
I would highly recommend this company based on my experience.

Chad *** with Roof's Restored came to my home & inspected my roof after the recent freeze we had. I am a elderly lady and Chad was most helpful explaining my roof to me. Fortunately I do not need a roof at this time but I will most definitely call Chad when it's time to replace my roof. He is a very honest young man and very knowledgeable in roofs. We're very pleased with the work Roofs Restored performed on our home. After hurricane Laura we needed a full replacement and we were able to get a new roof installed in a quick timeframe. Even after hurricane Delta passed, their team contacted us to verify our roof was intact and even came out to perform an inspection on the structural integrity. Definitely would recommend to anyone that cares about quality of a service their receiving.

Extremely satisfied from start to finish. The quality of the materials used and installation practices were exceptional.
The crew was respectful of my property and took precautions to not damage my landscaping and yard accessories. The cleanup was over the top!
My rep was Chad *** You may want to request that he oversee your job. I've rarely experienced a job that went so smoothly. Chad knows what he's doing and makes sure the job is done properly.

I saw the add on fb and made an appointment and I received a call on the next Monday.

Mr. came the next day, Tuesday, looked over my situation and advised me that I should just do a simple fix.
He came back on Friday, as promised and made the simple fix and the best part, no charge for his time or supplies!

While I really enjoyed working with all of the people, this was one of the worst experiences I have had in a long time. After making the initial payment of over 13k in August, the job was finished a few weeks ago after having to redo the roof tiles. They did not do what they said they would do and it took forever to complete. Roof Restored did my next door neighbor's house in about three days and did a great job. I do believe my case was an anomaly, but I would not use them again.

What can I say about Roofs Restored - From start to finish Will *** has been there. From the first inspection, dealing with adjuster and insurance company working with solar company for scheduling etc has been a perfect experience. The team of professionals came out and old roof gone and new roof replaced...looks AWESOME and the clean up afterword truly amazing. I highly recommend Roofs Restored! This has been a great experience! Everyone has been professional, courteous a remarkable team and company!

I am very pleased with the service that I received from Roofs Restored. Chad came out to my house at schedule appointment time. He was very professional, he listened to my concerns and then inspected my roof and found were my leak was occurring and sealed it immediately. This was not a big job, but Roofs Restored came out to address it for me after four other companies told me they didn't have time to do small jobs. Water was leaking into my home, so to me it was not a small job. I would definitely refer them to family and friends who might be in need of roofing services.

Roofing restored have did amazing work to my roof to my place they have not makes one mistake they do the best job and ween they finish the work the costumes would enjoy the job the amazing way it comes out and be so so glad that roofing restored is the company that have done the work to replace there roofing and enjoying it and never say anything bad to say for a great and amazing and good and enjoy working that come out so profited and not one mistake to do there roof I have pictures of the amazing work they have did for me I am so happy and glad I have gotten them to do my roof I enjoy it every day how it have come out

Requested this company to inspect my roof for the purpose of determining its condition and possible replacement. Within a few days (8/17) Mr. Will *** arrived. A very pleasant and knowledgeable gentleman. He spent time explaining the process, went on roof, inspected and took pictures then returned to inform me of my roofs condition. Will showed himself and therefore his company to be of high standard for he told me I did not need a roof at this time.
I am very impressed with Will as he left me literature on his company and product that built additional confidence. I will indeed remember Will and Roofs Restored when actually in need of a new roof.

I contacted Chad *** for an estimate on gutters and when he came out he listened to our needs. He mapped out the strategy for gutters/downspouts to help correct our water problems. We had a company also come out and put drainage and Chad suggested that he would be available as needed to work with the drainage company to make everything work to correct the problems we were having. Chad spoke with us patiently, listening to our concerns and we didn't feel rushed into a decision. Our gutters were not only professionally installed but you could tell this is a company that takes pride in their work.
Thanks in great part to Chad we love how the gutters look on our house and feel we have resolved our water problems.
We will be needing a new roof in time and won't hesitate to have Roofs Restored put a new roof on our house.

Tony *** was my sales representative. Very nice and professional individual. He was patient and knowledgeable about his roofing products. When he did my roof inspection he even took a caulking gun with him to make spot repairs if he found any areas that would potentially leak before the roof could be fixed. I was very impressed because this was done before we made any agreement for Roofs Restored to replace the roof.
I was given an estimate that he work would start in two weeks. The materials were delivered the following Thursday. Because of Labor Day being the following Monday work was started on Tuesday. Very hard working crew. They were well organized and respectful. They paid attention to details and was cleaning up scraps and nails as they worked. The job was completed on Thursday afternoon. Needless to say I was both impressed and pleased with the results. I chose the Owens Corning shingles. They were a bit more on cost but they really looked good and the warranties were exceptional.
This was a very good experience with a very professional company.

After unsuccessfully trying to find a decent roofer in Lafayette La to do a roof repair (no call backs and the few that did never gave us a quote or they only did whole roofs), we happened to see a sign for Roofs Restored while driving around. I told my husband that I was pretty sure that I had contacted them a few months prior and that they weren't doing repairs at that time due to all the hurricanes that came through. So, we decided to try again and see if we could just get financing and get the whole roof replaced. (Insurance was not covering this) I went online and filled out the form (on a Sunday) Monday afternoon we received a callback and we were set up with Lane Nelson that Friday for a consultation. Due to a conflict in our schedules, we had to reschedule for the next week. Lane was very thorough in the inspection and explained everything to us. We picked out a roof color, applied for the financing and was approved within minutes. The whole process was very easy. Within 4 days, Matt and his crew came out, stripped our old roof off, and had 95% complete in the first day. Had there not been so much extra repairs, it would have been done in one day. They finished up the next morning and our roof looks amazing! Extremely happy with the whole process! You should def check them out and request Lane Nelson!

This company took like 6 months to replace my roof. And now it's leaking and I've been calling them for like 3 months and nobody has come out to fix it. I even asked to talk to a boss and they haven't answered me. I didn't pay the rest of the money because of the leak, but I did pay some money upfront.

Roofs Restored USA, LLC did a job on my roof after the hurricane Laura. They were supposed to fix a small leak on my 12x20 foot awning over my back porch. Their employees were from another country and had trouble speaking English. They walked on the high parts of my metal awning and dented it up. They didn't fix the original leak and now it leaks even worse. The insurance adjuster said they overcharged me by 4-5 squares of shingles, which cost me about $1800.00. I called the owner and sent videos of the dented roof and how bad it was leaking, but he didn't want to talk to me anymore. I even had to get an attorney to send them a letter to fix the leaks from the metal awning, but they never responded. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

I hired Roofs Restored to put gutters on my crib in September. They finally got around to it on November 19. Before they left, I told them I was worried about my shingles being lifted. I just got my roof replaced on Feb 25, 2021. They said the sun would flatten my shingles. I called them the next day to complain and they said they'd send someone out. The crew came back at 7pm on 11/23 to "fix" it. On the morning of the 24th, I saw they screwed my roof down with silver screws. I called the office and Keith said he'd come with a roofer on the Tuesday after Thanksgiving to fix it, but it hasn't happened. I've tried to get them to fix their mess, but they're ignoring me.
