After dozens of phone calls to the middleton law office we have not been able to locate her and have not been able to serve her with legal papers to collect the money she stole from us last year. if you know her whereabouts please post the information so she can be served with a summons and complaint by the Orange County Sheriff's office.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Jhunter.. you have said a mouth full. This is exactly what she does, and if you do know the law she back peddles, throws up her hands and says " I can't work with you " or if you quote the law her reply is ' so what ". I feel sorry for anyone that hires this person. She will make her hourly rate appealing to you on your first meeting, then suck you dry, and nothing has been accomplished in your case. The Judges have told her many times " your moving at a snails pace " she will not move a case forward unless she is forced to. She has her clients sit outside at a mandatory settlement conference, so her clients don't know she has done nothing to prepare for it. To anyone looking for a knowledgable family law attorney make sure you do your homework before you hire this person.
She does operate her office out of another office, but hey she is just trying to save money. As long as you don't know the law she will make herself look good until you go to court and find out she has only done half the paperwork and the other side walks out with a win, and your stuck paying her fees.
Dear Ms. Middleton:
We are no longer afraid of your threats to sue us. My husband and I have lost everything due to your incompetence and deceit. You promised to help us on our family law case and you did NOTHING. Now we have nowhere to turn except the public and maybe you will be shamed into giving us our money back and an apology.
We have no fear of your lawsuit threats as we have lost our home, bank accounts and credit ratings due to your misdeeds. The Child Support Service is threatening to garnish my husband's wages because you never filed our OSC forms with the courts.
had you filed the forms we would not be in this financial mess, and yes we will NOT pay you for the rediculous bills for hours spent on nothing.
I don't know how you can sleep at night knowing what you did to us and others and how you destroyed so many lives and the financial security that we relied on to support our children
brad torres, shaun peters, barabar potter... All 3 people suddenly new members to the site, joining within days of each other, perhaps a recent disgruntled opposing party, that lost in court against Ronda Middleton and. And all 3 members with names that have no capitals, because the names are registered to legitimate consumers.
I know the family law business well and I have seen many reports like this from dsigruntled opposing parties. I also know Ronda Middleton well and know she is one of the most trustworthy and honest family law attorney in the area. Just ask anyone other than the person hinding behind the names "barbara potter", and "shaun peters".
I know Nina and she is one of the most amazing ladies I know. hmmmm... I wonder what shaun has a problem with?
I have personally dealt with ms middleton and have found her to be a totally untrustworthy individual and will not hesitate to lie, cheat, steal even from her own clients. I would definately not hire her in the future and would not recomend her to others.
I have personally researched her employment history and she was discharged from a Firm in Rancho Cucamonga for embezzlement and fraud from the client trust accounts. Just call her prior employer for a reference and see what they say. It is not favorable. Then she moved her office around several times a year to stay away from her own personal creditor problems and to make it difficult for disgruntled clients to contact her.
Try to call her office or fax her and you will be given the total run around. she is operating out of some cheap executive office and is never in.
I hope other former clients of hers have to courage to come forward and are not intimidated by her threats of retaliation.
I just do not want others to go through what I went through.
This is Ronda Middleton. I do not know Shaun Peters or Brad Torres but believe these posts are actually from a disgrantled opposing party. I practice law with the utmost respect and integrity and it is unfortunate that these sights allow such posts without checks and balances. This is libel and I will be seeking records through subpoena to prove the true author and then seek legal recourse. Please call my office if you have any questions.

Why don't you just refund our money? you did nothing on my case and you put me in a worst situation because of your malpractice. Come out of hiding and fess up to your misdeeds and pay us back before the CALIFORNIA ATTORNEY GENERAL gets involved.
