Rogers/Fido review: Fraudulent claim on credit report

I was pressured into trying a new phone from Fido (ether I had a pay as you go bring your own phone) risk free for 7 days. I asked to extend the time as I did not have time to try it out. They did no. So I returned it to the nearest shop in the range condition. A month later I get a package and it's a phone with a bogus bill telling me I now powered then some 900$ because it was faulty. I knew that was a low so I returned via Courier. They sent it back a month late with a higher amount (interest?!) and I coeurs it back with a letter telling then they are wrong as I returned it in the shop in same condition I received. They then sent me a book for some 1200$ without the package. A north of two later another bill nearly doubling the amount. I told them they are wrong and they cannot pull this scam on me and I would fight them in court.

We are now 5 years later and I found out that they put I it on my credit file and ruined my credit for the past 5 years!

Once a couple years ago I received an email from a collector with a crazy more than double amount and I called them, they immediately reduced it to half and I told them I don't own then anything! I thought it was the last but when I found out they pushed it I am disgusted and angry that they would even try this on!
