Roger Scott Herrin, Inc review: Refund owed

I am owed a refund from Roger Scott Herrin, Inc, who is a Nurse Practitioner at the Tut Fann VA Home in Huntsville, AL. He was treating my Father at the Tut Fann VA Home, but my Father is now deceased and his estate is owed a refund.

The following is a list of payments owed/paid to this company:

CHECK #2198, 6/19/22 in the amount of $96.01 paid; cleared bank 7/14/22

CHECK #2209, 7/15/22 in the amount of $110.74, paid; cleared bank 8/15/22

TOTAL PAYMENTS = $206.75

TOTAL AMT THAT WAS DUE = $121.92

OVERPAYMENT OF $84.83

I have tried over 50 times to call the finance company listed on the bills, but usually no one answers, and no one ever returns the messages left. I tried calling Tut Fann VA Home and leaving messages for this Nurse Practitioner, but the calls are not returned. I have also written a letter to Roger Scott Herrin, Inc and sent copies to both the finance company's address and Tut Fann VA Home. No response.
