Roger Florist on line review: Ordered flowers, order was cancelled by rf; no refund ever received

Ordered flowers on Dec. 28th, 2022. Within 2 days, I began communication with business. Received an email from Denise (not to be so)... noting our order had been cancelled, wasn't sure what had happened, and thus a credit/refund would be issued. No such luck and no follow up since then. I have made several follow up attempts without any reply.

Reading complaints POST ordering, I would agree with the other complaints, this scam business NEEDS TO BE CITED FOR THEIR WRONG DOING AND EXPOSED FOR THEIR FRAUDULENT DEALINGS AND BEFORE FURTHER LOSS TO INNOCENT BUYERS.
