Rock Band Merch is a website that sells band merchandise. I bought a t-shirt for $27.99, but it was a POS. The logo was so blurry that it gave me a headache to look at. It was just a generic black t-shirt. I don't think they care about their customers. They ripped me off. But I will have the last laugh.

This website, Rock Band Merch, is not a good place to shop for band merchandise. When I made my order, I received alerts about password security issues, which made me feel uneasy about my personal information. Additionally, when the shirts arrived, they looked very low quality and not worth the money I spent on them. I would advise anyone to avoid this website at all costs. It's a complete waste of time and money.

I bought a t-shirt from Rock Band Merch on December 16th, hoping to get it before Christmas. But it's been almost two weeks and I still haven't received it. I reached out to customer service, but all they gave me was the tracking number. The shirt is still in Michigan, even though it's supposed to be going to California. I asked for a refund, but they haven't responded. I'm really disappointed with this company and wouldn't recommend them to anyone. They're just garbage.

This website got a lot of cool designs and shirts that you can't find nowhere else. So I took a chance and ordered three different shirts from them. I got the shirts pretty fast via USPS. They were all three crammed into a flat rate envelope, with no extra information (no shipping slip, packaging, tags) just the shirts. When I looked at them, each of the shirts was printed from a digital color (shirt) printer that looks like it's not working right, leaving a slightly offset double image. While it wasn't too bad on one shirt, another was already designed very distressed so the effect almost looked like part of the shirt. The third shirt just looked 'blurry', and looked like an obvious fake. Which I suspect all the shirts are non-licensed scans of existing designs and printed cheaply on a fabric printer with no quality control.

I contacted support and asked for a replacement. Instead I was issued a refund for the one shirt that I specifically asked them to replace (with no response). I won't order from them again, but at least I received something close to what I ordered. I was disappointed that the shirts weren't better quality, but I guess you get what you pay for. I wouldn't recommend this site to anyone who wants high-quality merchandise, but if you're just looking for something cheap and unique, then this might be the place for you. Just be prepared to deal with some less-than-perfect prints.

This company is not worth your time or money. I made an order on October 25th and it's been almost a month and still no shirts. I sent them an email on November 7th asking about the tracking number that was printed on October 26th, but the post office had not received any package. They said they would check on Monday, November 8th, and get back to me. But I didn't hear anything from them. I sent another email on November 16th, saying that if I didn't get a response by the end of the day on Friday, November 19th, I would demand a refund. I also said that if I didn't get a response, I would file a complaint with the BBB and the State AG (for Indiana) for fraud and breach of contract. They charged my card for the shirts, but according to their shipping policy, all orders should be received within 3-6 days after confirmation of shipping. I still see the message on the USPS website associated with the tracking number "label printed, USPS waiting to receive item/shipment". I will probably have to eat the $70+ dollars on my order, but if anyone reads this, maybe this company will lose sales and shut down forever. I can forward anyone my emails from them regarding my order. I work hard for my money, and people who play on the trust of hardworking folks and don't deliver deserve scorn and a bit of comeuppance.
