Roc Search review: Recruitment services

While my details were listed on some job sites, I was contacted by Claudia Harraway from Roc Search on the 27th of July, after an initial conversation, she forwarded my details to the client (Digitalk).

On the 31st of July, I was offered a 30 minute interview with the client on the 2nd of August.

This interview went well, running to almost 45 minutes, I was invited back for a more in depth interview on the 17th of August.

Again, this interview went well, this one running for 2 hours.

Following the interview, Claudia advised that the client was going to make a decision the next day.

Sadly, there was no contact from Roc Search. In the absence of any emails, I called to chase for a response a few times over the next week, always to be told that Claudia was in a meeting. There was also no response to email from Claudia.

If I was chasing an initial contact, I would expect this kind of behaviour, but having burned almost 3 hours of my time, I would have hoped at the very least for some feedback.
