Robin McClain & Patricia McClain (Gallery Condominiums; Kirkland, WA) review: Creepy security camera installation (2nd incident)

Robin McClain & Patricia McClain at it once again. This time they have tied a camera to their upstair neighbor's planter box under their window. They have also rigged up an unpermitted electrical wiring setup, which is a potential fire hazard.

Not sure what is wrong with these people but somehow they don't understand that a condo building is not their blank slate for tacky weekend projects. Very low rent behavior and shows no respect for their neighbors and community.
