I purchased a home in PSL - in 2005 the previous owner hired this company to replace his roof after the storms. I know once the home changes hands there is no longer a warranty. Since they replaced the roof and it now has leaks I wanted to consult with them about having the areas in question repaired by the same company that replaced the roof 4 years ago. For over 60 days now, calling once a week leaving a message, I have NOT received a call back. The answering machine is all I ever get. Very poor practice for a roofing company that received over $10, 000 to replace this roof and not to even have the courtesy to return phone calls of inquiry. Very unhappy and dissatisfied!

I had a metal roof put on my house around 2005. Trying to contact Robert Stein and did a few years back but never heard back from them. Roof was supposed to be a life time or 30 years, metal roof. Leaking badly in many places. Can someone help me with a contact number?

They replaced my roof in 2005 after one of the big hurricanes. My roof has since needed repairs and leaked in 3 different spots. I had my roof cleaner come and he does a tile inspection before cleaning. He found over 40 tiles that need to be repaired/sealed. He told me that whoever did the roof used the wrong materials, including indoor caulking. I have called every phone number I can find for this company and they are all disconnected. If anyone has any contact information for them, I would appreciate it.
