I was hired as the CEO of Riz Energy, LLC. After setting new financial records as the CEO of this company in month 1, the owner chose not to pay me at all. After doing more due diligence, I realized that his business model is such. Hire people, let them bring business in, not the pay the employees, and keep all the revenue. This practice is unethical and illegal in the state of Texas.
Desired outcome: I need to be compensated for my work, and the owner needs an education in business ethics.
Riz isn't stabilized on his meds & spends time in insane asylums for spousal abuse.
