RIU Vacations review: Refund request

On July 3, 2022, I charged $2162.81 to my card for vacation Itinerary # [protected] to RIU Vacations. The package included hotel and flights. I receive a call on July 5th that my July 6th flight cancelled and rescheduled for July 7. I Called RIU vacations, and they made changes to hotel reservations for one day later starting July 7.

While at RIU in Costa Rica, the hotel manager assured there would be a refund of about $200.00 for the night. I contacted RIU Vacations at least 4 times and to date I have not received my refund. I called and spoke with a manager today and she promised to contact the hotel and follow up. Please see attached documents.
