Riu Palace Bahamas, Nassau review: Service terrible

The service at the beach bar was terrible, they don't care about customers. The beach was perfect a exception of drugs dealers everywhere, the security of the hotel doesn't care about this issue. Two times almost a fight between security and customers from the hotel. Now, inside the room shower was clogged and the maintenance people can not fixed, well they give to me another room in the back of the building far away from the view beach, but I was tired of the complaining with reception, my key every single day doesn't work they supposed send the engineer and we leave and he never showed up. Well, I am been in different riu hotels but this one we never come back
