I have called my agent's office many times, just get a recording from his office but am not able to talk to him. I have been with Allstate for over 20 years and
used to drive 5 states for business, am now retired and would like to reduce my price for coverage, but no one ever calls back. Very unhappy with the lack of communication.
I received my new coverage in May and it supposedly started end of March.
Why over a month delay? I need an agent I can speak to on the phone.
