Rio Hill Cleaners review: Dry cleaning service

On 1/24/2023, I brought my queen size down comforter to his establishment (Charlottesville VA) to be dry cleaned. They did not do that. They washed it, used fabric softener and ruined the comforter. The original fabric was crisp cotton and now is a limp version. The comforter lost over 1/2 of it's fill. It is ruined. They claim it did not have a tag but there is a tag on it that says "dry Clean only".
