Ricoma International review: Got ripped off by a ricoma dealer in calgary alberta canada

Bought a used 4 head Embroidery Machine off iSew Inc. in Calgary Alberta from the Tec guy namely Sheldon Gaudreau tel: [protected], email: [protected]@outlook.com.
The machine once it arrived was missing parts and there was no manual on how to operate the machine. Sheldon said if I gave him another $1000.00 he would come out to show me the basics of running the machine, after 5 cancelations for various reasons he showed up and had no clue how to operate the machine and promised to come back after he got the manual.
He never showed up and refused to even give me any od the $14,000.00 I paid him, so we call the RCMP and filed a report, as he told his bosses the never sold me the machine.
This guy is so dishonest
