Richard Docta review: Puppy scam 1

There is a man by the name of Richard Docta who is pretending to be a breeder of dogs from Thunder Bay. I wanted to get a small dog for the holidays and was scammed out of 400 dollars. I absolutely refuse to send any more money to this person, who is supposed to 'deliver' the dog to me on Dec 28. He has also switched this address many times from Thunder Bay to Oshawa which are all clearly fake addresses. He will not do a zoom chat or send me new pictures of the dog, huge red flag. I asked to see the dog on zoom and he has not responded. I also believe he has another person working for him under the name Jane Stevens. Please beware of this person and do not fall victim!
