Taxes have to be collected as per advice from our accountants. All taxes are reported to accountants and will be applied to each employee as and when we receive your tax IDs. Unfortunately, we are unable to calculate exact taxes as of the moment simply because we do not have TINs. However, once we receive your TIN the taxes will be allocated accordingly to each employees TIN. Any overpayment will be calculated and returned to the individual. As time passes, you will understand that RGI Call Centre Group Inc is actually doing it this way to protect each employee from being loaded with back taxes. In fact for those that have overpaid, will be happy because they will find they have extra in weeks to come . RGI Call Centre Group Inc act in the best interest of its employees and chose this route in order to meet government compliance. If anyone has any questions regarding taxes, as I have said before in our meetings leading up to tax deductions, come and see me . Based upon your concerns I will arrange for our accountants to visit our office to further explain the process. RGI Call Centre Group Inc, as always will always work interest of its employees.     A simple financial background check shows mis declared income, mis declared taxes, a a whole host of other discrepancies. RGI, hmmm, lots to hide I think. (Not to mention this a-hole giving other westerners a bad name with his indescriminate promiscuity. How many is it now Rob?? how many kids? how many different mothers? ) Not exactly the responsible attitude of a caring employer as made out in your post above! This kind of excuse for an oxygen bag should never be allowed in Phil. There is a register for his kind in UK!

    IF U HAVE WORKED WITH RGI BEFORE U SHOULD KNOW THAT THE COMPANY IS NOT REALLY THAT BAD..MOST OF THE EMPLOYEES WHO LEFT THE COMPANY TO WORK WITH ANOTHER CALL CENTER THAT THEY THOUGH WOULD GIVE THEM ALL THE BENEFITS THAT THEY CRAVE FOR..WHERE ASKING TO GET BACK THEIR JOB WITH RGI AND THAT IS BECAUSE THE COMPENSATION MAY NOT BE THAT HIGH..THE WORKING ENVIRONMENT AND HARMONIOUS RELATIONSHIP OF THE PEOPLE WORKING IN THE COMPANY IS PRICELESS..U ARE LIER IF U WILL DENY THAT FACT..BITTER AND HYPOCRITE..AND SUCH A BIG LOSER..

    I used to work in RGI and it is never true that Saturdays and Holidays have to be complusory...It is a voluntary inhibition by an employee to work during those times... In fact, every employee who choose to work during Saturdays are compensated with overtime pay as they opted to work extra time... In fact the company manager is very linient to the tardiness and absences issues... he always gives the employee the benifit of explanation... I thought they were considerate and fair.

    Let us give the company owner the benefit of explanation...the company is still starting out...and is trying to get every employee the TIN, SSS and Philhealth. and those matters are never done overnight.

    Ive also worked with this company ...no holidays... either Philippines/or UK holiday no double pay /off... were forced to report in Philippine holidays or were fired... the worst part of all what were doing is said to be illegal in UK... : ( ...

RGI Call Centre Group Inc act in the best interest of its employees and chose this route in order to meet government compliance."u've said that not once or twice rob ur saying it every meetings that u have right?? if you want to do this for the sake of your employees not for your "OWN SAKE" you should have done it before right??R.G.I has been operating for more than 2 yrs. and yet u don't even provide ID's for your employees up until now???u can't fool all your filipino employees rob. remember ur not stepping in your own country your in the philippines and you are not one of them..you cannot do whatever u want.. u have to follow all the rules and regulations of this country. to be able to earn respect..


    TAKE NOTE : Last Year ROB GIBBINS provided his employees a NON DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT and all of his employees signed in that particular agreement without even having their OWN COPY OF SIGNED AGREEMENT. his policy is "the door open for those who doesn't want to sign the agreement" but why does there is numbers of his employees before doesn't signed the agreement and he did nothing why rob are you scared that the persons may give you objections that u cannot answer??

    That is absolutely true.Mr.Gibbins, i used to work with your company for more than a year. .I agree your company has No SSS, NO Tax, No Health Insurance, No payslip, and the funniest thing NO "ID'..

    Mr. Gibbins acts as CEO and CFO of the company I wonder what the other incorporators will say hahahaha unless there is something fishy going on...clearly this is a violation plus a lot more...no statutory benefits, agents are working on holidays receiving regular rates, agents coming into the office without adequate protection, no health insurance, no sss, even the cheapest state health insurance, non issuance of employee's copy of payslips...and he has been doing this for years, slave driver, man without a conscience, has made his own interpretations of the Philippine laws...isa pang malupet tinatakasan ang 13th month...wahahahaha
