I ordered women gloves and jacket from www.revzilla.com. The website looked professional and legitimate. But the seller didn’t provide the confirmation email or the tracking number. Also he didn’t communicate with the customers. I sent a lot of emails, but the seller didn’t respond at all. I waited couple of weeks, but nothing. These people are scammers and liars, who take money and provide nothing. Please post your comments about this company.

This company Touts themselves as having great customer service. This could not be further from the truth. I bought an Akropovic slip on for my 2016 BMW R 1200 R. When I received it all was good slipped it on went for a ride everything was great. Great power great looks. The trouble began when I try to remove the center insert to get a little more power for track day and the hole to the access the screw was so offset I could barely get a socket on it but I did manage to get the screw out. When I try to put the screw back in there was no way to get it started because you could not get a straight shot at the thread so rather than cross thread it I decided to get it exchanged. All I wanted was to exchange for a unit that had the access hole drilled correctly, but they don't do exchanges all they do is return, And then you have to reorder the pipe. I was exchanging emails with and Erick M. This guys a real tool. You could clearly see that the hole was not straight and that there was a problem but when I sent it back they said that there was no problem with it and that I broke the tack weld to get the baffle out. Then they ask me what credit card I wanted to use for the shipping to send it back to me in the same condition it was that I sent it to them. I told him that the muffler was designed to have a removable insert, and I even emailed the PDF from the factory to accomplish this. Well these folks do not like to be proven wrong. They refused to take my new order for my new muffler, and banned me from ever buying anything from them again just because I proved them wrong!
