I ordered some item's via Instagram that I thought was from River Island at a cost of £39.99 in October, I have emailed and had tracked this and keep being told that it is in Transit and due to the delay a 60% refund will be given, we are now into December and I havent heard anything or received the refund, I got home yesterday to a package of a Ring (cheap and tacky ) from this company which I havent ordered and wouldnt order as it is horrid, Please can somebody let me know why and who this is as I am worried that they have scammed me as they have got my bank details

Received a cheap necklace instead but order number was the same - I mean cheap!

IT'S A BRUSHING Scam!

In July, I placed an order for a Bubble House with the following details:

- Order Number: [[protected]]

- Purchase Date: [11 July 2023]

- Amount Paid: [$52.98]

- Destination Country: [Portugal]

Not only did the wrong item arrive - a cheap green mini bag not worth more than 3€ but it also arrived late since it was dispatched from China and not from the UK as advertised.

I have never purchased an item from this company and today have received a package with my name, address and telephone number on the China post label. My husband had to pay 6 Euro before the postman would give it to him. He thought that I had ordered something so accepted it.

When I opened it there was a Christmas stocking for a dog! I knew there was no way I would have ordered this item.

Now I have something I really don't want and had to pay 6 euro for it.

My concern is how did they get my personal details. Do they receive the money that was paid to the postman? If so they will certainly be earning out of the scam.

When incidents like this happen it makes you very dubious of ordering on-line.

I purchased ice scrapers in November from this company. They were buy 3, get 2 free at the time. They just arrived in January. They are just pieces of plastic garbage that fell apart when I opened the plastic bag. They are garbage as were the wonderful "reviews" of people using them. They look nothing like the item portrayed in video. I want my money back. What a scam and how criminal they are still in business, stealing people's hard earned money. Wish I would have read comments like these from real people before ordering from the scam company.

On 11/1/2022 I bought 5 pairs of Maui Jim sunglasses through an Instagram ad. It was advertised as 75% off. I own 2 pairs of Maui Jim’s that I bought from my eye doctor previously so I had something to compare it with. When the glasses arrived in a haphazard package and smashed boxes, I knew it was a sham. First, it was not the glasses I ordered and second, they were not Maui Jim’s. It is so cheaply made and I am disgusted not just with myself for falling for this sham, but with a company that does this to people.

I orderc6 Christmas bags from this company. I received a oacjage today and enclosed were 10 toothbrushes. I did not order these. This company is a scan and face needs to stop letting them advertise on their site. I paid 57.00 for the Christmas bag, I no not want toothbrushes. If I had known this was a chin6company I would never never ordered from them.
