I purchased Corel Painter from the website www.zoom4u.co.uk. It was only waste of money and time. I heard only fake promises and excuses about the delivery of the order. I was furious that this company simply mislead me and fooled. I sent them tons of emails, but nothing changed. They didn’t provide order, no refund available, when I asked about it. Total scam and rip off, please share your info and warn other people about this horrible company.

Am not sure whether the reviewers quoting great customer service, speedy delivery etc are using the same website. Email addresses do not work, no reply to online queries, no telephone number. Really wish I hadn't placed an order with them. £300 spent, 1 month later no product and no response to my inquiries! Appalling!

Don't answer email- no phone number-( which technically negates their right to be a member of SafeBuy organization)- Now in dispute as the software i bought had obviously been opened and resealed with a sticker-so returned for refund but not heard anything for a week. Paypal will now get involved -so save yourself the hassle and buy your software for more money elsewhere.
