We have our own store and recently we have changed the refrigerator unit. We purchased it from www.wasserstrom.com. But the company has provided defective one. It stopped to work after 5 hours, after we switched it on. We were puzzled, but we have contacted the company and asked to change it. We still have warranty and we paid large sum for the unit. It wasn’t worth it, but the company told us that they would need to check the refrigerator, but no one still showed up.

Two months ago I bought ice machine from the company www.wasserstrom.com. Total scam. I received the damaged machine, which stopped to work after 4 days. I contacted the seller and told about it, but this jerk informed me that they couldn’t help me and stopped to communicate with me at all. They are liars and scammers, so be careful and better avoid them. As well as post comments about your experience with them.
