I have no idea why, but when I need to contact or speak with the company www.instageekshelp.com, all agents became busy and no one could response. I was ok on the first and second time, but now I understand that it was strange. I don’t know if it is possible to contact these guys and get some inconspicuous services and support. I really hope that my review will help other people.
the tech hasn't provided details about the web design
I won’t deal with the company www.instageekshelp.com. I signed the contract with the company and the tech would provide the services within 2 weeks. The tech hasn’t provided any details about the process. I waited and tried to reach the tech, because I wasn’t sure that he started the web design. But this guy hasn’t replied and ignored all my texts. I really was upset that he behaved like this and hasn’t informed me about the whole process.
