Warebelowes 2 self cleaning litter box

Hi my name is Jessics and I had ordered 2 self cleaning liter box and they have said they were delivered but they haven't and they won't answer my emails at all. And when I went to the post office they said they don't have any for my address that they sent a 8 pound box to another place and when I used the phone number and when I call it a insurance company answered and I was trying to call to get refund

Warebelowes Automatic cat litter box

On November 7, 2022 I paid $55.00 for an automatic cat litter box. After 6 weeks, I had not received my order. I called Customer Service and was insulted by the agent. He refused to assist me until I provided my debit card number, full name and date of birth. I ended the call.

I have sent 15 emails to the company (Email: [protected]@martmean.com) I have received no responses. It's a scam.

I purchased the automatic cat litter box for $53.99 on November 7, 2022. After 6 weeks, I emailed the company for a tracking number. The tracking number provided stated that the item was delivered to a phantom address. I have emailed dozens of times and called the Customer Service number. The man who answered refused to assist me until I provided my debit card number and date of bitrh. How can I get a refund on my purchase?
