Masquerade as government office and charge $90 for downloading govt form.
This company masquerades as a government office to get your passport. Oh you enter the information and then you download the form. Essentially all you do is get a government form for 90 bucks. Stay away from these guys are absolute scam artists. Everyone please stay away from this company if you wanna keep your money just go to the post office and it can be arranged easily

I'm unsure how I ended up on this site, as I specifically went to the travel.gov site to renew my passport and *thought* I went through the steps to renew online, so I was incredibly confused when, after providing my credit card info and filling out the application, it was not allowing me to submit the form and instead wanted me to print and mail it in...
don't do it!
People...please go to a Post Office that handles passports!!! You will end up there anyway. You will also feel like a fool when they tell you they could have expedited your passport quickly and saved you hundreds of dollars without requiring you to book a trip to expedite your passport and spend extra money to mail it by FedEx. Absolutely a SCAM! The Government has the exact same service for less money. They also charge a non-refundable $45 which is meaningless. Highly recommend NOT using them. Complete SCAM!
