Cannot withdraw crypto to anther wallet
On 03.09.23 I attempted to transfer XDC to an external wallet but kept getting errors. I therefore rasied a ticket (3240980) and had to wait 5 days. Within this time I lodge a complaint which they attached to the same ticket. I asked them to:
1) confim when the fault had been fixed
2) Compemsate me for denail of access to my funds
The call was closed stating it was fixed, which it was not and my compaint not address. I have raised a new call under: 3246684. This is the first time i experienced such poor service from Uphold. But terribly poor it is

I just want access to my account, any help to get this accomplished would be greatly appreciated.
I have been trying for months to access my account after I upgraded my phone. Uphold is a company that enables individuals and businesses to invest, exchange, spend and transfer currencies (national & digital), commodities, equities, and more globally. This app holds my crypto stock that I invested in, and I have only used my phone to access this account...
