Travel Now reviews and complaints

I purchased a travel package in 2019 but was unable to complete the travel because of Covid and my sons battle with cancer culminating in a 26 hour surgery at MD Andersen. They extended my travel on June 8 for an additional $600 and assured me that this would not expire. Then they called and said I needed to pay an additional $540 for a different year and again I would have no expiration date. The on September 11 they said I needed to pay for an additional year but the would give me a break for $419. I was assured this was it and I was totally covered and nothing would expire. They have called me everyday this month telling me I need to pay again for 2022 or I will lose my travel. I called Travel Now and spoke to a lady who said I am totally paid up, nothing is expiring and that she would put me on a do not call list. I am still getting called as recently as an hour ago. I have had it and at this point would like my money refunded and they can keep their trips.
