New roof install
We contracted TMR to install a new roof on our home March 22, 2022. At that time, we were told the job would take 4/5 months to complete. The job did not get completed till July 2023. We were promised many times that the job would be done, workers would be on site. They never showed up or called. Customer service and respect are non existent. We moved...

We contracted total home roofing to put a new roof on our house in July of 2022. They did not arrive and start the roof until after Thanksgiving of 2022. We elected to have a galvanized steel roof put on the main portion of Is flat. As it stands today the flat portion of the roof as well inspection 6 As it stands today the flat portion of the roof as well inspection 6 times Been patched and still leaks. However they have placed a lean against my home for remittance of the final payment I think this is wrong. I have an open permanent and a leaky room and they seem to think they should be paid Not only that , I can't get anyone to answer or return my calls. When I call and tell them who I am They put me on hold and just leave me there today for 20 minutes.
Please be advised; They are also doing business as Citrus Roofing, and Angi roofing, so don't let Angie's list fool you!
Desired outcome: adjustment to final payment to cover cost for another roofer to do my flat roof properly since this company agreed to do so and never did follow through.
Typo flat roof has failed inspection 6 times and company has gone no contact.

In May 2021 I contracted Total Home Roofing to redo my roof. The job started in July 2021 and failed inspection. In January 2022 they "repaired" the item on the failed inspection. This company writes up a contract for one price tells you what you have to pay what the insurance has to pay and nothing comes back to you. You pay them what they say you owe and then they come back 10 months later claiming you didn't pay them at all .
