The Good Buyer reviews and complaints
A $1.95 and a $89.95 charge on my bank card.
I got a notice from my bank today that there have been 2 charges on my bank card today for $1.95 and $89.95. Both of them from the Good Buyer, I have never heard of these people and I have not used my bank card today for any reason. The charges are for today...July16, 2022. I tried to call the number...[protected] that appeared on my bank statement but was told this number isn't in use. I want this RETURNED to my card NOW! Remove this charge immediately!
Country of complaint: United States
Desired outcome: Remove this charge from my account NOW! RETURN MY MONEY!
Mail order / telemarketing
Upon paying for shipping for an alleged survey fee for winning a prize, after completing the transaction I checked my bank account that there was two charges for this single transaction.
After checking into the matter I found that I was being charged for something that I did not buy or ask for. Iater find out from the customer service rep that the shipping free was non refundable and I could not cancel this so called order that I never made I requested a refund because I did not place an order for anything, and that it was added to the fee for shipping which was for a survey fee. Now they do not want to refund me my money and it seems that this is a policy that they have.
I did not make this order and want my refund of $89.95
Country of complaint: United States
Desired outcome: A refund of $89.95 and be in compliance with the rules and description of the survey and the payout
I also thought it was a servay and the shipping was $1.95. Now I keep getting a reoccurring $99.99 charge on my card! I want this removed immediately!
I also thought it was a survey, offering a free item. A shipping charge of $1.95 was applied. They also applied to additional charges for $125 and $99.95. On my statement they appear as Trendy Savings and Sense Wellness Premium Go. This appears to be a scam.
I had the same experience. In my case, though, I thought I was doing a survey for a legitimate company. At the end, there was a "free" item for a $1.95 shipping charge. I had that on my credit card statement, as well as the $89.95 charge. On the statement, it shows up as Trendy Savings. My credit card company gave me their number - [protected]. I called and was told that it was for a subscription and that they would cancel after those two payments. There was no subscription! I'll never do a survey like that again! I immediately called the credit card company, and told them what happened.
