I was recently in a Home Depot Store located in Southern California and overheard an employee being yelled at unprofessionally by what appeared to be the employees manager or someone above this person. The altercation took place on an aisle next to the one I was on and I was able to over here the language that the person was using against the employee. I was wondering if there was someone that would be able to give me information about reporting a situation to someone that is above the person I saw doing this. After the employee was done being scolded by the Home Depot worker that was yelling at them I walked out the front of the aisle and remember the name of this person. I then consulted a cashier and asked if the person worked for the store. He informed me that "the people in orange polo shirts" were part of a special outside group that didn't work for the Home Depot Store directly but an outside source. He wasn't able to tell me too much more about their system or structure so I was wondering how I find out about reporting someone as a customer.

Hi ! i read your complaints and I'm not surprised. Actually i worked as a MET team associate in Canada, Toronto in store 7001 for a supervisor named Tara. The supervisor and the manager for the district Ryan Walsh.Believe it or not they take things in to their hands and it was a living hell for the associates. Tara would play cat and mouse and sent me in to a depression.
I had my lil girl who was 4 yrs old who broke her shoulder bone and when i asked for a few days off i was denied time off although i had my paid vacations that was available. It took literally a resignation letter from me for them to give me three days off. This happened in end of July and at the same time i had wanted to take my vacation to go and see my mom who was dying of cancer in Zambia and she denied my leave again saying i should have booked vacation in advance. I tried telling her that it all came up suddenly and i had no idea that my mom was going to be totally immobile because of the sudden spread of cancer.
A week after the incident i had asked MET manager Ryan Walsh to let me go and see my mom and he agreed to it and 2 days later i was fired by Ryan walsh! he gave me no reasons at all and the following day when i asked the HR manager Lyn she had no idea about it and told me that she would look into it and got back with me saying that it was Ryan's decisions .
Believe it or not almost 12 MET associates where fired or resigned in fear.
