I was charged CAD $225.49, billed on the 30th of August 2023. I did not use this service, and did not sign up for a subscription.

The credit card is ending in 6064.

I just discover a monthly charge of $20 starting on December 21, 2021, till yesterday July 19, 2023, for a total of $400, and I have no recollection of signing or using this service, I did find emails coming from Sarah from pdf filler with promos offering me discounts that at my understanding confirm that I don't have an existing account with the company.

so I called customer service, explain what happened and the representative told me that he can refund only 6 of the 20 months, and I found this unacceptable, he agreed that I did not use the service so I ask him to escalate this problem with a supervisor or manager, and he did now I'm waiting for a response from the supervisor.

note: the representative was really nice and listen to everything I have to say, then after checking that I did not use it confirm a initial 6 month reimbursement.

I did not use this service. I did not give out my credit card number to SUPPORTPDFFILLERCOM.

$21.78 was withdrawn from my account on February 2022 for something without my knowledge.

I need the amount $21.78 to be refund to my credit card.

And don't use my credit card in future.

April 23, 2021 I saw that there was a deduction of $123.00 from my Bank account But I already cancell the said trial to avoid charges. I want to make it back!
