Sunday Times Non Delivery

I was called by a Sunday Times sales in November 2010 with whom I agreed on subscribing to Sunday Times. The agreement was that the subscription starts from the 1st December 2010 which I would start paying for on pro rata on the 27th December 2010. I never received a single copy from them since the so called subscription started. Since Dec 2010 I have had Avusa 6446518 reference debiting my bank acc as follows: R78.00 – Dec 2010; R54.60 – 25 Jan 2011; R26.87 – 25 Feb 2011; R50.38 – 25 March 2011; R67.17 - 25 Apr 2011 & R67.17 - 25 May 2011. Since January I have been calling STimes to establish what is happening because I don't receive any Sunday Times copies. The operators I spoke to in Janinclude Yvonne, Nicholas and Sithembiso. All I got was “We’ll get back to you”. On the 2nd February 2011 I spoke to Marcia and Momoeti and they told me the same story. On the 28th February I spoke to Philani and Fikile who did not help with anything neither. When I wanted to someone in charge I was told that Mpumi was a supervisor but I can’t call her, she can only get back to me – she never did. I also wrote a complaint on 28 March 2011 to no avail. I’m utterly disgusted by the level of incompetence shown by such a big establishment..

Thusfar i have only received two copies of Sunday times in May

I subscribed to Sunday times more than a month ago. My account has been debited but I only received delivery on the 3rd of August and never again. I did follow up with Nkosana, the counsultant who signed me up, but never received any feedback. IS THIS A RIP OFF OR WHAT, I NEED TO KNOW WHERE MY MONEY'S WORTH.

Sunday Times Again no delivery of the Times this morning

Again no delivery of the Times this morning, If they at least honest and tell you sorry, but nothing. I phone 4 times (can provide call records) and then being promised it will be delivered today and then nothing. If I look at all the complaints then I am glad my subscription is coming to an end and Avusa don't work of an account of me, because I can't stand for such a horrible service and aslo dealing with an agent that is rude on the phone.
