Never received order
On March 24 I placed an online order two sets of 1/2 inch iron on numbers and paid US$25.48. On April 5 I emailed the company to enquire about the status of my order and received an email that my order was shipped the previous week. I thought I had found the perfect company for my needs – This company offers no phone number to speak to a person, and when I tried to use their fax order form along with emailing them to get help on how to order what I needed, this is the reply I received. I was very offended by their reply and hope to deter others from them.
