Bad customer service / misleading website
I am filing a complaint because the website I used to purchase event tickets from did not allow me to choose my seats and after seats came in the last row, I phoned several times and requested to pay for upgraded seats and the vendor did not return any of my calls. The tickets were never used. I then filed a complaint with the BBB and Song Ticketing did not return any of the calls made to them by the Better Business Bureau.

Bought tickets from this rip off "artist". Could not provide seats I paid for; said my purchase was just a request. Damn, my money that was taken from me was not request. Then offered other seats with a discount; no credit has been sent to me. Then sent tickets for the wrong date stating this is what I originally purchased. Bull s--t; I'm not on drugs. Called the bank and have a provisional credit. Filing a police report in my State of MD and charges against the ###s for committing fraud.
Don't listen to their crap about all sales being final - I'M GOING LET A JUDGE DECIDE. Oh and forget about them answering your e-mail and returning your phone calls. Let's put these crooks out of business.

Misleading Information
I thought I was buying tickets directly from the venue however I was apparently directed to Song Ticketing by a mechanism which I don't understand. On the web site I selected Orchaestra Seating when the message came back as "best available - center section" I selected yes. When I received the tickets I did have center section but in the nose bleed section of the theater. I put the tickets in dispute with my credit card company however the seller has the recipt is deceptively worded to show only best available center section with no level identified. In addition the tickets were priced at the orchaestra price so the deception is difficult to identify. Bottom line was that I paid over double the face value of the tickets plus a shipping fee.

I am going to the Zac Brown Band concert at the hollywood bowl and got tickets through ticketturbo.com. The tickets said, 3rd level, behind Terrace boxes. My wife called to be sure the tickets were 3 levels back from the stage, behind the terrace boxes. Ticketturbo confirmed they were so we bought the tickets. Turns out there were three levels behind the Terraces, not three levels from the stage like they had assured us they were. Called ticketturbo to no avail, no refunds is what they said. They told me to call the originator of the tickets, songticketing.com. I called them several times, no answer. I then emailed them and they gave me the run around. I think both companies should be liable for their mistakes. I understand no refund, but not when you say one thing and give different tickets!
I was on a Ticketmaster website to order 3 tickets for the Johnny Reid concert in Hamilton Ontario. How on earth does a customer end up on Song Ticketing-ticket sales? I know I was on a Ticketmaster site obviously not the actual site. I ended up on Song Ticketing, Next surprise the tickets were to be around $59.50 + an administration fee. When I got my Visa statement and paid attention to the information I found first that it was not Ticketmaster it said Song Ticketing and secondly the price for 3 tickets was converted from Canadian to US and then back to Canadian on my visa bill my charge was Canadian $390.09 not $178.50 plus shipping charge..
What a scam. How does this company get away with this?
Song Ticketing is a rip off and contributes to fraud on credit cards... My credit card information, was some how stolen or aquired and tickets for an event were ordered... even though I notified Song Ticketing that same day that it could have been credit card fraud or the information stolen via my lap top through a virus or phishing or over the internet... they still processed the orders... To me, they are contributing to the problem when credit card information is taken... This is not a reputable vendor... You think they would not process these type of orders...

Wife ordered tickets ($530 worth) to the Russian Ballet days ago from these unscrupulous scheisters. FedEx.com says tickets still have not been shipped.
Called customer service repeatedly and finally got a callback. *** bimbo named "Ilene" could not tell me the the numbers of our seats - though my card has been charged (meanwhile plenty still available from the venue - wish I had checked there first.) I am now working with AmEx to dispute charges...
A word of advice when buying online tickets: NEVER buy from a seller that cannot provide you ticket numbers at the time of ordering. It is a scam to sell you *** seats at inflated prices.
BE WARNED. DON'T DEAL WITH THESE CROOKS. You will regret it.

I THOUGHT I was ordering tickets fron Sade's official website. It turned out to be ConcertTour.org. I Googled them and didn't find out anything bad about them so I relaxed a little. HOWEVER, shortly after I'd made my order they sent me an e-mail saying that my tickets would be provided by a third party. That third party turned out to be Song Ticketing. The tickets came via Fed Ex and they were Ticketmaster tickets that they'd printed on a computer. I called Ticketmaster to make sure that they're legit, but I'm still nervous. WHO KNOWS how many copies of these they printed? I just e-mailed the bank to have them cancel my credit card.
0n 5/31/11 I purchased jethro tull tickets at the Greek theatre I was told by the agent of song ticketing I would be seated in the B section center rt side. When I picked up my tickets at fed-ex my tickets where in row c benches. All these complaints are valid I have never experienced a problem like this bef0re. I have called many times to resolve this situation with them before sat. june 11 at no prevail to me. these people at song ticketing should be put out of business I`m going to contact the greek theatre to let them know the problem with this ticket company. I`m going to also contact legal advice on this matter and the better business bureau about song ticketing . another pissed-off consumer. george from california
You people are dumb. It's not the website's fault, it's the broker's fault because they list the tickets on the website.
I bought tickets for the circus. They make their site look like the ticket seller you normally use and you don't know who this is until you've placed your order. Asked for express shipping and still did not get my tickets. Filed a complaint with the attorney general of CT. Unfortunately there are no tickets left from the regular seller and this was a gift for my grandson's birthday. DO NO EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE.
I completely agree! Same thing happened to me. They make it look as though you are buying direct, they overprice the seats, and you end up in nosebleed sections instead of the 'center" section they advertise. I detest these people and will NEVER use them again!
Misleading info
your web address is very misleading. .i thought i was purchasing tickets from the actual box office at the township. .if you are proud of how you promote your product. .you should add your name to your web address like ticketmaster. .at least they put ticketmaster/township auditorium! Yes I finally did read the SMALL print of this website that is in the upper left hand corner :( I now realize that I was not the SMART shopper and also got over-charged $100 (mainly because I purchased a ticket for a child under 6 which if I would have went to the correct website would have seen that it was free!) Its just a shame that I bought these tickets in such a hurry and its a shame you'll do what it takes to get somone to come to your website that does not even promote your company!

Bought tickets to Jennifer Hudson concert at the Beacon Theater in NYC. The concert was canceled and now there is no way of contacting Song Ticketing. The phone rings and rings and no one has answered my e-mail. DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I had to call the credit card company to put in a complaint. Now I have to wait 10 days to see what they do. These tickets were well over $250.00 plus handling and FedEX charges.
What a rip off. Everyone should send their link to all their friends so no one uses them. Maybe they will go out of business.
just figured out that I had been scammed buying tickets for the Lion King in Roch. NY. when I googled the search for Lion King Tickets Rochester NY this was the first site that came up so I also thought that I was making a legitimate purchase as well. Sitting in seats that I thought were in a completely different location due to this site's incorrect rendering of the theater I also saw that the actual ticket price was $67.50 per ticket, NOT $110 PER TICKET THAT I PAID ONLINE FOR! THEY CHARGED ANOTHER $22 FOR HANDLING FEES AND $15 FOR FED EX DELIVERY THAT TOOK 3 WEEKS AS WELL.

only to find out I purchased from a third party. I have left numous
messages that have gone unaswered. I am at my witts end with these
tickets.I wish I new how get my money back and shut this web sight down. I am in desperate need to get whatI purchased.I saved up for these tickets as a christmas present. Now I can't afford to repurchase new tickets. Help
I am not sure about the price of the tickets that i have bought. They seem very in-line with what the other prices are for the same event, same location, same night. However...I just got notice from them that the show was either cancelled or moved. I called the theater to find that the show is NOT cancelled. However, when I look at the theater seating, I cannot find seats that match the tickets. They gave me Orchestra A, seats 113 and 115 (not even together !) but no such seats exist. I am hoping that when we get to the performance that we really do have legitimate tickets. We are traveling all the way from Texas to NY for a show for my daughter's 21st birthday. Money that we have saved and canot afford to squander. I hope that these are not internet slime stealing my daughter's dream trip.
I was also ripped off by SONG TICKETING. I thhought I was buying tickets from the venue but had been sidejacked to another website. Bottom line is I spent $394 for $220 worth of tickets.

same thing happened to us how did you make out we'll join you in a suit against them. There seems to be a lot of complaints against them
