I am filing a complaint because the website I used to purchase event tickets from did not allow me to choose my seats and after seats came in the last row, I phoned several times and requested to pay for upgraded seats and the vendor did not return any of my calls. The tickets were never used. I then filed a complaint with the BBB and Song Ticketing did not return any of the calls made to them by the Better Business Bureau.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I purchase some concerts ticket for Jason Alden concert for Feb.4.I got my credit card bill and they over charged me.They were suppose be 30.75 each and I got 4 tickets.I was charged 323.12.I try to call but got recording .They said to go on website if overcharged.I would like to have this taken care of please as soon as possible.Thank you
Purchased Hershey Theater tickets - thought I was using Ticket Masters website - charged $155.22 for 2 $25 tickets!
I ordered 2 tickets to the Nutcracker at Magoffin theater at UTEP of which I am an alumni. The total cost to me was $160-the cost of the tickets ach-$15. I would like to file a lawsuit against this company asap-any suggestions?
I ordered tickets through what I thought was Ticketmaster but it turned out they came from a company called Song Ticketing. The tickets I received were for the wrong date, but I was told there were no refunds after numerous emails. I have filed a complaint with my credit card company (American Express)

Bought tickets from them and they said that they dont have the tickets
They are scamers
