Horse back ride
Stay away from this place. My family and I were there over Fourth of July weekend. We paid for a 2 hour ride but only got a 1.5 hour ride. They started 15 minutes late to begin with and I'm sure that is why they cut it short to get caught up for the next group of riders. The workers are rude and act like they don't want to be there. During the ride, my sister's horse kept eating. He would jerk his head down so hard the the reigns would fall out of her hand. The last time it happened, the horse got it's leg stuck through it and bucked my sister off. She fell and landed on her back. The wranglers took forever to get to her to see if she was ok. When we got back to the stables, I talked to a lady name Alyssa who was unsympathetic. She said that that horse has never done that before that they put kids on that horse all the time. I told her that they were in such a hurry that morning that the wranglers didn't check our stirrups or saddles and that I believe that caused some of the issues. We asked for a refund and she refused. Then out of nowhere some guy comes up to us, I'm assuming the head wrangler, and starts yelling at us that they did nothing wrong. That it was all our fault. I told him that he was being very rude and he said well I'm just gonna stay here and be rude then. Alyssa did nothing. She said that she would send me an email that night with a resolution and I received nothing from her. Also, as we were leaving, the same guy said to us bye, leave we don't want you here. Again being very unprofessional. I also heard they had another incident with a horse the weekend of July 25th four people were injured. Yet Alyssa claimed they were accident free. The only thing they are free from is the truth. These people are a bunch of liars. Read the reviews on Yelp and trip advisor and stay away.

This company pays unbelievably low wages (a choice of $100 or $500 per month) for a minimum of 12-16 hours per day hard labor with no care or concern for safety of staff 6 days a week all summer season. They do pay room and board, but with the...
