unauthorized charges to my bank account
I noticed a bank charge on my bank account of $40.00 per month. When I went back on my account, I noticed I had been charged 14 months. When I contacted the company, the representative became very rude and stated company policy was only to refund 3 months. I never authorized this charge and don't know how it was done. I want a full refund of the amount taken from my account. Apparently an email address was used to set up this account and my bank account information stolen. I don't even know what the service provided. If it has been used, the company should be able to find out what computer or smart phone was using the services, however the rep did not offer any of that, therefore this was a scam set up by this company and made money off of me. I want the company to be stopped from being able to commit this fraud on others.

Smart member services charged me $40 without authorization. I have never used their services or ordered from them. I don’t even know the sphere of business they are doing. I wonder who gave them my personal info and credit card details… watch out!
