SL Powersports icebear maddog 150

When we receive the bike we bought from slpowersports, after unwrapping it realize several pieces on the bike were broken, possibly due to shipping. We called the owner Vince and asked him to either send us a new bike or replace the parts. He promised he would replace the part after an hour of arguing and him telling us it's not his problem. He never sent parts. The next day we put together the bike and realize the engine was seized. The bike was no good I called them again and he said he would figure something out. Fast forward two weeks and a lengthy game of unanswered phone calls, emails and text messages, I filed a fraud claim through my bank because he refused to do anything about it. On top of it all send us the wrong title to the bike. By far worst customer service I've ever dealt with. Only buy from this company if you want a broken bike, unanswered phone calls and your money stolen. Sadly I'm not the only one writing about this company for similar issues.

SL Powersports defective cy150 scooter

Copy on recent letter sent to taotao. I just want to get what I paid for. Please email me a pickup invoice and I will stretch wrap the bike and strap it to a pallet. Give them the permission to pick it up and send me back a built used one that works, any color will do. I just want the bike to work right and have it with low miles or fix this one and return it. I do not want to die on the road because my power is suddenly lost and I get rear ended. I am begging now to get some resolve since time is running out and my fixed income will not stand up to any unseen costs for gas when I made this purchase to save money. Pleae help me out vince-I need you to come through for me and I need you to return my calls when you say you will.
I should have written sooner but I have a problem with the bike I purchased. Today I rode to the store and it did it again like it has been doing since I owned it, (NO POWER) it can only go as fast as a 49cc scooter and in a race my friend wins. I purchased the bike from SL powersports. They were will to take it back and issue another one but I could not afford a crate 200.00 plus to ship it. Sala would not pick it up unless I had a crate so I am screwed. I tried to talk to SL power sports but they never answer the phone. I had the plug changed from orange city cycle (65.00) and it made no difference. I am writing you for a remedy. Send me a 150cc bike and I will recycle the crate and get this one back to you. I have had nothing but a problem with the bike and I am still not through the break in period for this machine. This bike was wrapped and ready for pickup and sala three times would not pick it up. This bike should have power. I can put on the rear brake on full and crank out the throttle full and she will not move. At least I should think it would hold it but not that well. I am peed off and I am up against the wall and I can get letters from people to prove my case. Again I am looking for a remedy. Send me a crate empty and I will send this bike back for a replacement. I cannot afford 200.00 for a wood crate and I tried other shops that sell bikes if I could have one and they recycle theirs so again I am stuck. For a bike I purchased almost a year ago I have 266km on it or is it miles. And I do not think it is miles since the km on the dial are able to read easy.

I have left messages at SL power sports and no call back. I do really want to deal with them but since they are never there to answer the phone or return call I cannot get this problem fixed by myself.
Sl powersports please help me with this.

Bought this same bike from SLPowersports on Ebay. Nothing but problems from day one. This is the 3rd scooter I have bought on Ebay. First two were great, ran for years with no problems at all. Thought I would get the same with this one. SORRY, THIS BIKE IS TOTAL JUNK. YOU GOT RIPPED OFF. Oh well, guess I'll park it in the living room as a conversation piece.
