Kuma shape
The machine is not safe and leaves strong red marks and this can bring serious damage to the skin. I brought to their attention on the second day that the machine arrived but they did not listen. Raised with Alibaba and they said that we need an independent group to liaise with this. I can believe that and tried to resolve the issue with them getting a replacement but was denied and by them and I have a machine sitting on the corner without use as this is not safe to use. I have sent an email to their CEO but for some reason was sent to the person who sold me the machine so again they wouldn't care. It is like you are obligated to keep their products and doesn't fit on their heads that people complain about this machine as they end up in pain.
I will not be doing any business with them in the near future or with Alibaba as they have not protected my consumer rights.
So be very careful trusting this company I believe is always a good idea to buy with a local provider as might be a bit expensive at least you won't regret it.
the machine claims that the facial handle has infrared but doesn't misselling, master on that, and they do not provide the user's manual
as you can see on the pictures there is redness on their pictures they sent me and this are not pictures taken by me

Product and sales
Hannah and Scarlett chu from sincoheren sales dept sold me wrong products. Then they said to return the order so they can refund. It’s been 3 months I they are not returning my calls. To sell the products they keep calling but now they don’t answer. I will attach their pics And phone numbers. Please don’t deal with them
