Shopbyus.com Never use this site

Never use this site. After attempting to buy a pair of sunglasses they asked for photographs of my credit card and bank statements.
I stupidly trusted them and have not heard anything since (nearly a month) despite multiple attempts to contact via all available methods. Now extremely worried about my credit card security.

Costumer Service is horrible, ,
slow, ignorant, , ,

I gave them credit card info, statement, everything they asked and the result after charging me they told me it's a back order, ,

after several weeks of contacting them hardly,
I finally gave up and canceled the order,

I regret my experience with them..

Shopbyus.com I am now left with no glasses and no birthday gift for my daughter

Ordered a pair of ray bans for as a Birthday gift for my daughter. After a week of waiting, I called customer service to find out the status of my order. The first time I called I was kept on hold for about 5 minutes as the recording said no one was available and to be patient. After five minutes of hearing this recording, the phone kept ringing and the recorded voice came on saying no one was available at the time and telling me to call back later. I called back and finally got a human on the phone. I told him I wanted to check the status of my order and gave him the order number. He asked me to wait a moment while he looked into it. I waited as he tried to find the order. He asked me again to be patient and wait. After about 4 minutes of his searching for my order, he told me that the item should have shipped already but than he changed it to the reason it didn't ship was because the item was on back order. I asked him why when I ordered the item from the site, it said it was in stock. He apologized and said that it was on back order. When I asked why I hadn't gotten an email telling me that, he apologized again and said I should have gotten one. I asked him when the sunglasses would be in and he said he didn't know - could be a few days or a few weeks. I told him that now I was stuck with no gift for my daughter and he suggested a different pair of glasses. I told him those were the only ones she wanted. I finally gave up and told him to cancel the order. I am now left with no glasses and no birthday gift for my daughter. Stay away from these people.

Shopbyus.com It's been over 2 weeks, and all this time I'm still trying to contact them

I've ordered a pair of sunglasses from them, through pricefalls.com. After days of trying to contact them, one of their shopbyus.com rep, Aron informed me that my order get shipped within a week at most. [censored]. They went off on a holiday for like 10 days, which I found out myself. It's been over 2 weeks, and all this time I'm still trying to contact them. Today I've received a refund notification! I did NOT ask for a refund! They are absolutely unprofessional and unreliable. I thought it would be great to save a few bucks on a pair of sunglasses, but not worth the time and effort. If you're one with a life, and doesn't have time to waste on chasing someone to constantly check if your item is in order, shopbyus.com is not for you. I'll be surprised if they actually do give my money back. Now I need to make sure that the refunded transaction will go through.

Hi as you can see from the complaint that he did not order that from shopbyus.com he ordered them trough pricefalls.com now the reason for the refund is the same as I listed here http://www.resellerratings.com/store/ShopByUs

we asked from pricefalls to remove our listings and they did not fulfill it so we had to refund the orders that came in that period. I am truly sorry it worked out that way.
