I've purchased a Burberry bag from shop-hers and it said on their website that the bag was authentic. When I received the bag I went to the Burberry store and the salesperson told that it was fake! She also said that it was the best replica of Burberry bag that's why I did not notice it only. Then I contacted shop-hers customer service, but they never replied. I sent them tons of messages, but they completely ignored me! I paid over $700 for that bag and I just wasted my money! Avoid this website at all costs!

I bought a bag for my daughter from Shop-Hers. The photo they showed was a bag with an attached name tag. It looked very nice and I thought that my daughter would love it. When I finally received my order one month later, the bag was blue! But when I checked the colors I took green. It was also damaged and there were some strange stains on it. Well, it actually looked used. The handles were cheap and cracked, and inside the bag was a small hole. The bag looked nothing like the pictures on their website. I was extremely disappointed. I wanted to return the bag, but no tags were attached. I will never purchase anything from Shop-Hers again.
