Sheridan Labs Ltd reviews and complaints

I ordered the free trial size on the internet and the pack of 60 Raspberry Ketone Blast and 60Cleanse xtrem I paid postage of £9. The packets arrived on Monday 3rd March. I made a note in my diary as I began to diet that day.
NINE days later my bank account has been debited by £95.00 for Raspberry ketone and £89.00 forCleanse xtrem making a total of £184.00 although i have not received any further supplies. I realise I, with others have been a victim of fraud as this company have over 420 cases against them
I have contacted by Bank who will put a stop on further attempts to extract money from my account.
No telephone number is given by this company although postings show that they are uncivil to enquiries. How can i get compensation?

I was stupid enough to order Raspberry Ketone Blast and Cleanse Xtrem on the internet. I understood that it would be a 14 day trial and I paid £9.90 for the pleasure. My order duly arrived, however it was a supply for a month. Silly me, I thought perhaps the company had revised the offer. On checking my bank statement recently, I discovered that my account had been debited by £95 for the raspberry ketone and £89 for the cleanse xtrem. I sent two emails to the company, neither of which was even acknowledged.Today, 10/02/14, I telephoned the company and was told that as I hadn't contacted them within a 14 day period I was liable for the costs. Apparently they charge these amounts respectively for 1 packet of the product! When I pointed out that I could buy the same stuff on Amazon for a fraction of the cost, It was inferred that anything on Amazon would be of an inferior quality. I was also informed that as I had accepted their terms and conditions (difficult when their webpage links don't work!) I was liable.My point is that I signed up for a two week trial in good faith and strangely enough, I was told that had I contacted them within the two weeks, I could have kept the supplements at no further cost. I find that odd. I also find it odd that I was offered an immediate discount on all further orders, resulting in the actual cost per supplement becoming £29!Having browsed the internet, I have discovered that the company concerned, Sheridan Labs Ltd. 11, Church Road. Great Brookham. SurreyKT23 3PBhas been mentioned numerous times as being less than ethical in their dealings. A great many people have registered complaints.Please be aware because nowhere on the website is the actual company named, not so far as I could see, anyway!
