Shamrock Towing reviews and complaints

My daughter was watching a friend's cat after work. She fell asleep. She drives a stick shift and the car accidentally rolled out of the space. Could have happened to anyone. The car was towed and the lady she spoke to was extremely rude on the phone this morning, 8/19/21. Absolutely no reason for it. People make stupid mistakes sometimes, and dumb things happen. She is going to pay the fine. Please teach your people to be more courteous! There's no reason to make someone feel like crap. Having your car towed and having to pay $150 is bad enough. And we wonder why people have mental health issues in this country. If you can be anything, be kind!
