I've been a fan of Royaura's shirts (and hate to admit I still am), I have many; good prices and tons of compliments. 2 pairs of pants and two shirts were not up to snuff, and they gave partial credit on those (better than paying to ship back). I received a sweatshirt that was too small and I followed the instructions on contacting customer service and no one has gotten back to me. my name ia Daniel Walther and my order number DHDDF00236998 and the shirt is number SW70194F4ADC. Please contact me at [protected] and [protected]@yahoo.com.I ordered on October 21 and my order was shipped on October 25.
Desired outcome: I just want to get the size that fits me.I am asking for an exchange!
Clothing material and return policy
I ordered 5 shirts. All of them were advertised as being made of cotton. When they arrived, only 2 were cotton/linen, the other 3 were some sort of plastic/polyester. Very cheap feeling material. I immediately contacted Royaura and informed them of the problem. They said that in order to return something, I have to pay to send it back to China. They refused to pay for the return shipping. I went around and around with them via email about this and they still will pay for me to return the items. So I am now stuck with 3 shirts that I wouldn't even donate to Goodwill due to the horrible material they are made out of. Buyer beware with this company! They shouldn't be selling in the U.S. if they can't stand behind their products and pay for the return shipping. I will NEVER buy from this company again. Horrible Customer Service!
Desired outcome: I want Royaura to pay to return their inferior product to them in China.
Royaura is scam company.
Royaura uses false advertising,tracking numbers and nonexistent return addresses.
When there is a response from Royaura there is no truth involved.They will even ask that you be patient and wait longer for your items even after paying for express shipping
More galling they request that you help them resolve your dispute from your credit card as it hurts their small business.
