There have been 5 power outages in the Cliff/Gila/Buckhorn area in the last 3 1/2 weeks. I realize this is due to the Public Safety Power Shutoff plan. How is the shutoff determined? - Man or machine? What are the parameters? We have many elderly, some on oxygen, businesses, schools and just daily life that have these inconvenient interruptions. May we have a community meeting to have you explain the details?

Just got off the phone with "Carla" one of their brightest @ PNM. On the PNM recording, prior to transferring me to an agent, their recording states, "PNM only documents major power outages. If you had an outage, smaller outages may not be documented.". Without coming to our neighborhood, much less our house, she denies there was a "major" power outage. I...

PNM Outrage-wrong information

The bot said out went out around 2:35 am.That was incorrect.My clock show it was1:45am. PNM recorder sayid the electricity wound not come back on til 4:45am. That will be almost 4 hours without electricity. Will it fall out all my freezer if I lose, my food will PNM and pay for the food I’ve lost? I get it your working on it But if my food goes bad I won’t be able to replace it!

Desired outcome: I want you to replace the food. After 4 hours my food will be thawed out. I want my food to be replaced by PNM
