We were told they would fix our trailer
we bought a flatbed trailer from PJ's and it was defective, so they replaced it. When my husband went to pick up the new one, he called right away with the weld spots wearing before we even got to use it. they said that engineering would look at it and myself and their warranty man Chad came up with a few ideas. Worst customer service in the industry. No one ever answers the phone. They don't carry parts to support their own trailers. The webpage to return products doesn't work. My local trailer dealer (where I purchased the trailer years back) just laughed out loud when I told him no one would answer the phone. He said that's why he stopped carrying PJ Trailers. I'll never buy another PJ.

I ordered quality dump trailer from the company PJ Trailers. They told me to pay in advance for it, and after I transferred money, they told me to wait 48 hours. After that I received several emails, where they promised to deliver it within different period of time. I answered them that I wanted my money back, and they stopped to communicate with me. Please leave comments about this website, because people should be aware when they deal with such irresponsive people.

In October, 2010, I experienced a significant problem with a PJ Dump Trailer. My issue is with the engineered (or lack of engineered) design of the trailer. Typically, a hydraulic system is designed with a bypass pressure relief valve that is designed to be the weakest link of the hydraulic system.
