a package from my son in Norway arrive last July 2, 2015. we found out that some of the valuables are missing. we try to send some complaints to the Philpost web page but we always receive an auto-reply message from them. Things are declared on the package yet some of it are gone when we open it. To the post offices in Philippines please be honest, we are your kababayan. It doenst mean everybody needs to change, there are these some people na mapagsamantala, maawa naman sana kayo
